INTERVIEW | Richard Horne reacts to impressive Dons win

The Dons head coach was most pleased that his team stuck to the gameplan in their dominant victory over Barrow Raiders.

Doncaster RLFC traveled north west to take on Barrow Raiders and ran out 6-38 winners after a dominant second half display. 

Horne thought the first half was quite scrappy and completion rates for both teams wasn't anywhere near either side would have liked,  "Completion rates were at about 60% for both sides but at half time we continued to speak about getting the basics right and that will gives us opportunties.

"That's what happened, in the second half we completed at 80% plus and they continued to make errors gifting us field position and we were clinical in those moments," he said. 

The Dons head coach went on to speak about the importance in the use of his squad with this weekend's selection.
